If you rinse your reusable straws immediately after use and put them in the dishwasher you can do without a cleaning brush. But for those instances where you can’t wash them right away, cleaning the inside with a straw brush is recommended (particularly if you used the straw to drink a smoothie). Most straw brushes have nylon bristles so we were super happy to find this all natural plastic-free option.
